I believe the white seal to read
"Kangxi Nian Zhi" or "Kangxi Period Made".
I also believe the Artist or Makers name is also mentioned in the written script which I have not been able to get.
Kindly correct me if I am wrong and would be obliged if someone translates the entire thing.

The impressed seal on a square biscuit field reads 'Made by Deng Xiancai (Deng Xiancai Zuo - 鄧賢才作). A quick query via Google found citations of Deng in conjunction with products of both the Shiwan Kilns in Guangdong and the Foshan Kilns in Fujian Province. Couldn't spot any info right offhand as to whether Deng is a living artist or not, but manufacture of products bearing his name by more than one kiln hint that he may not be with us. Also, someone was auctioning off his correspondence with another artist who was indicated to be deceased.

Here are a couple of links:

Subject:逍遙佛 鄧賢才手製精品 甲申年
Posted By: Super Tue, Jun 12, 2018

The 草書 cao shu (Chinese cursive scripts) starting from the first column at the right are
逍遙佛 xiao yao fo
佛 = buddha
逍遙 = free and unfettered
apparently the name of this porcelain buddha.

Second column are:
鄧賢才手 = hands of Deng Xian Cai
with the first character at the top of third column:

製 zhi = made

means hand made by Deng Xian Cai

then two characters below 製 in third column are:
精品 jing pin = premium product/fine work (of art)

The last column (4th) are:
甲申年 which is either 1944 or 2004.

Then the white seal like Bill translated are:
鄧賢才作
in which 作 zuo is more than "made" but more like an original work that was being "composed" by an artist.

Hope this helps.

Super
